Development and Implementation of a Specialized Information System for the Secured and Seized Property in CACIAF

The information system will ensure the work processes of the Secured Property Management Directorate, the Coordination and Control Directorate and the territorial directorates at CACIAF. The system will allow the data from the electronic register under Art. 170,para 1 of the Anti-corruption Act and the register of confiscated property to be systematized in a single centralized database. The consolidation of the registers will enable the Commission staff to prepare detailed and statistically substantiated analytical reports concerning the property secured by the CACIAF for the entire period from the imposition of the relevant precautionary measure to its lifting, deletion or revocation following an effective court decision or decision taken by CACIAF.
