Information and Technical Support of the CACIAF

• Activity 4 is aimed at securing the technical resources of the CACIAF for carrying out anti-corruption activities, namely:
  Improvement / expansion of its security communications infrastructure through TEMPEST hardware devices that will facilitate the Commission's communications reach in an appropriate manner to maintain secure information flow of the sensitive data that CACIAF is working with.
• Data storage, such as servers and other data center equipment, will further strengthen the staff of CACIAF- experts on asset recovery, IT professionals and anti-corruption agents, to use data and gain efficiency and control by removing expensive devices, freeing up resources and simplifying operations using a single software-defined infrastructure for physical, virtual and containerized workloads, dramatically improving overall effectiveness across the CACIAF.
• Office and computer equipment will ensure a sustained increase in the capacity of the CACIAF, as well as the directorates responsible for securing and managing the seized assets, as well as other structural units within the Commission, with limited resources for their significantly expanded functions. The new computer configurations (mobile and stationary) will facilitate faster and improved performance, as well as more abilities for data analysis. The envisaged multifunctional copy centers will significantly improve the Commissions capacity in regards to documentation, data storage and digitalization.
• TETRA radio terminals with accessories and programming software to ensure the activities of the specialized Directorate “Counteraction of Corruption”.
