Specialized Training, Exchange of Experience and Good Practices for the Effective Management of Secured Assets

The activity envisages an analysis of the structure and activity of foreign institutions with multiple years of experience in the field of management of secured and seized assets, with proven effective management at the national level in order to encourage the exchange of good practices. Based on the analysis, two countries will be identified for conducting study visits for exchange of experience and good practices.

Representatives of the institutions responsible for the management of secured assets from both countries will pay a study visit to Bulgaria to get acquainted with the activities and experience of the Bulgarian authorities related to the management of secured assets. As part of the study visit to Bulgaria, the international experts will conduct a one-day training session in Sofia for CACIAF employees, law enforcement officials and prosecutors in the field of secured asset management.
